Text
In furtherance of the objectives of the
school, the board of trustees, with the aid of the superintendent, may make such
bylaws as are necessary to provide a program of instruction in understanding the
needs, problems, and education of the deaf and the blind for parents of deaf and
blind children who may attend any of the schools in Colorado. In addition to other
provisions, the board of trustees may provide for the cooperation of the school with
other interested state agencies in carrying out this program.
