Text
(1)On or before October 1 of each year
following a budget year for which moneys were appropriated for the grant program,
each school district and institute charter school that receives a grant pursuant to
this part 8 shall submit a report to the department after completion of its summer
school program. The report shall include the following information:
(a)The number of eligible students who participated in the school district's
or institute charter school's summer school program, as applicable;
(b)The levels of performance in the subject area in which the summer school
program was offered demonstrated by the eligible students participating in the
summer school program both at the beginning of the program and at the end of the
program, based on tests administered to the eligib
