§ 22-63-102 — Legislative declaration
The general assembly hereby finds and
declares that this article is enacted to ensure that the educational system of the
state of Colorado is being served by the best teachers available while at the same
time allowing such teachers the academic freedom necessary to provide the best
education possible to the children of this state.
