§ 22-62-102 — Legislative declaration
The general assembly hereby declares
that the purpose of this article is to implement cooperative ventures in teacher
education between public and private schools and institutions of higher education,
to establish the legal status of student teachers, and to enable the release of public
moneys to finance such ventures.
