Text
Any principal who
holds a valid initial or professional principal license pursuant to this part 3 and who,
on occasion, functions as a teacher shall not be required to hold a valid initial or
professional teacher license pursuant to part 2 of this article. The state board of
education shall establish, by rule and regulation, what constitutes occasional
teaching for purposes of this section.
