Text
The state board of education
is authorized to appoint a hearing commissioner, who may preside at hearings on
the denial, annulment, suspension, or revocation of any license, certificate,
endorsement, or authorization. When so appointed, he shall reduce his findings to
written form and submit them to the state board of education, and he shall not
participate in the deliberations of said board.
