Text
(1)The state board shall make
reasonable rules and regulations necessary for the administration and enforcement
of this article.
(2)All reports and certifications required from secretaries of boards of
education and from institute charter schools pursuant to the provisions of this
article shall be made in such manner and form as may be prescribed by the state
board.
