Text
Any state or federal financial
assistance which would accrue to an individual school district if it were performing
a service performed under the direction of a board of cooperative services shall be
apportioned by the appropriate state or federal agency to the participating school
districts on the basis of the proportionality of the contributions of the participating
school districts to the performance of the service or upon the basis of
proportionality otherwise set forth by law.
