Text
In exercising their powers
and duties pursuant to this article, the board and the division shall be subject to the
open meetings provisions of the Colorado Sunshine Act of 1972, article 6 of title
24, C.R.S., as set forth in part 4 of said article, and the open records provisions set
forth in article 72 of title 24, C.R.S.
