§ 22-42-126 — Validation
All school elections and all acts and proceedings had
or taken, or purportedly had or taken, prior to June 2, 1971, by or on behalf of any
school district, under law or under color of law, preliminary to and in the holding
and canvass of all school elections are validated, ratified, approved, and confirmed,
notwithstanding any lack of power, authority, or otherwise, and notwithstanding
any defects or irregularities in such elections, acts, and proceedings.
