Text
(1)The department of education and the department of
human services may pursue additional sources of funding for the financing of pilot
schools, including but not limited to grants, donations, and contributions from
public or private sources and any funds available pursuant to article 20 of this title.
(2)A pilot school may have access to any public or private funding sources
available for vocational training, including any funds available pursuant to part 1 of
article 8 of title 23.
(3)A pilot school may apply for a grant from the expelled student services
grant program as provided in section 22-33-205 to use in providing educational
services to expelled students under agreements entered into pursuant to section
22-33-203 (2).
