Text
(1)Within five days of expelling a
student, the school district that expelled the student shall:
(a)Notify the student and the student's parent, guardian, or legal custodian
of the student's opportunity to apply to a pilot school;
(b)Provide the student's parent, guardian, or legal custodian with a copy of
the student's academic and disciplinary records; and
(c)Notify the appropriate pilot school of the student's expulsion.
