Text
(1)The state board shall have the authority to
approve programs under this article, the total stated costs of which shall not
exceed twenty-five thousand dollars for each individual program in any one year
and five hundred thousand dollars, in the aggregate, for all programs in any one
year.
(2)Each grant shall be for a period of two years, subject to review by the
state board of the effectiveness of the program and the adherence of the program
to this article. All grants shall be renewable for additional two-year periods upon
further application to the state board.
(3)The state board shall have the authority to adopt rules necessary for the
administration of this article.
