(1)An
institution of higher education to which a qualified student applies for concurrent
enrollment may allow the student to enroll in courses offered by the institution. An
institution of higher education may limit the number of qualified students that the
institution allows to enroll.
(2)If an institution of higher education refuses to allow a qualified student to
concurrently enroll, the institution shall provide a written explanation of its refusal
to the student and the student's local education provider.
