Text
Nothing in this article, except
for the provisions of section 22-33-104 (2)(b) and the attendance records required
under section 22-1-114, shall be construed to give the state board of education or
any board of education jurisdiction over the internal affairs of any nonstate
independent or parochial school in this state.
