On or before July 1,
2011, each school district board of education shall annually provide to the parent or
legal guardian of each student enrolled in a school of the school district the
standardized immunization document developed and updated by the department of
public health and environment pursuant to section 25-4-902 (4), C.R.S. For
purposes of this section, solely posting a copy of the standardized immunization
document on a website or in a central area of the school is not sufficient to satisfy
the notice requirements of this section; however, each school district is encouraged
to post a copy of the standardized immunization document on its website.
