Text
(1)The president of the
board shall preside at all meetings of the board. He shall sign any written contract
to which the school district may be a party when such contract has been authorized
by the board, and he shall sign all official reports of the district except when
otherwise provided by law.
(2)In the absence or inability of the president, the vice-president shall have
and perform all of the powers and duties of the president.
