Colorado Statutes
§ 22-31-132 — Article not applicable to local district colleges
This article shall
not apply to local college districts, unless the local district college board of
trustees elects to participate in the regular biennial school election, as provided in
section 23-71-110 (5) and (7), C.R.S.
