§ 22-31-104 — Regular biennial school election
(1)Except as provided in
section 22-31-131, pertaining to districts whose boundaries are coterminous with a
city and county, the regular biennial school election in each school district shall be
held the first Tuesday in November of each odd-numbered year.
(2)(Deleted by amendment, L. 2006, p. 1021, � 1, effective May 25, 2006.)
(3)School district directors elected shall serve until their successors are
elected and qualified. A director shall take office no later than fifteen days
following the date on which the school district receives the official abstract of
votes pursuant to section 1-10-102, C.R.S.
