Text
Prior to the special
school district organization election, the committee shall meet with the eligible
electors of each area affected by the final approved plan of organization in a
convenient place within each area to explain the final approved plan of
organization. The committee shall arrange for such meeting and shall give public
notice thereof as required in section 22-30-115 (2) and in such other manner as may
be deemed appropriate by the committee.
