§ 22-30-112 — Department consultants
The state board is authorized to
employ such consultants, assistants, and other personnel, within the limits of
appropriations to the department of education for salaries and travel expenses of
personnel, as may be necessary to render all reasonable assistance to the various
committees in the development and submission of plans of organization. All
personnel employed shall work under the direction of the commissioner or a
designated assistant commissioner.
