Text
When any committee has
been appointed, as provided in section 22-30-106 (2), the secretary thereof shall
certify to the commissioner the names and post office addresses of each member
of such committee, indicating the persons elected as chair and vice-chair. Any
change in the personnel or officers of such committee shall be likewise certified to
the commissioner.
