§ 22-29-102 — Definitions
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Board of cooperative services shall have the same meaning as provided
in section 22-5-103 (2).
(2)Department means the state department of education created pursuant
to section 24-1-115, C.R.S.
(3)School district means any school district organized and existing
pursuant to law, but does not include a local college district.
(4)State board means the state board of education created pursuant to
section 1 of article IX of the state constitution.
