Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Migrant agricultural worker means any person engaged in agricultural
labor in this state who is residing in a school district which is not his regular
domicile during the performance of such agricultural labor.
(2)Migrant children or migrant child means any child of school age who
is in the custody of migrant agricultural workers, regardless of whether they are his
parents.
(3)State board means the state board of education.
