Text
(1)A local education
provider that uses restraint shall ensure that employees and agents who are
involved in using restraint in its facilities or programs are trained in the appropriate
use of restraint.
(2)A local education provider that uses restraint shall ensure that all
employees and agents who are involved in using restraint in its facilities or
programs are trained to explain the use of restraint to the student who is to be
restrained and to the student's family.
