§ 22-11-604 — Colorado school awards program - distribution of award
(1)Any
award presented by the state board pursuant to this part 6 shall be spent or
distributed for use within the public school as the principal of the public school,
after consultation with the school accountability committee for the public school,
deems appropriate.
(2)Any moneys made available to a district public school in the form of an
award pursuant to the provisions of this part 6 shall not supplant moneys made
available to the public school from funding received by the school district pursuant
to article 54 of this title or pursuant to the taxing authority of the school district.
Any moneys made available to an institute charter school in the form of an award
pursuant to the provisions of this part 6 shall not supplant moneys payable to the
institute charter school p
