§ 22-11-502 — Data portal - creation - contents
(1)The department shall
develop and maintain an internet-based electronic data delivery system to provide
education accountability data to public schools, school districts, the institute,
parents, and other members of the public.
(2)At a minimum, the department shall publish on the data portal the
following items:
(a)The performance reports, as described in section 22-11-503, for public
schools, school districts, the institute, and the state;
(b)The accreditation category, with supporting data, determined pursuant to
part 2 of this article, for each school district in the state and for the institute;
(c)The accreditation category, with supporting data, for each public school
in the state, as determined by the local school board or the institute, whichever is
applicable;
