Text
(1)The general assembly may appropriate money from the marijuana tax cash fund,
created in section 39-28.8-501, to the department to be used for the pilot program
established in this article 102. The department may accept and expend gifts, grants,
or donations from private or public sources for the purposes of this article 102.
(2)The department may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations
from private or public sources for the purposes of this article 102.
