Text
At the beginning of each school year,
each public school in the state shall provide to the parents of children attending the
school a statement identifying where and the procedures by which members of the
community may obtain the law enforcement agency information collected pursuant
to section 16-22-110 (6), C.R.S., concerning registered sex offenders. In addition, a
school may post the statement on a website.
