Text
In all
proceedings brought pursuant to this article 8, upon motion of the defendant and
proof that the defendant is indigent and without funds to employ physicians,
psychologists, or attorneys to which the defendant is entitled under this article 8,
the court shall appoint the physicians, psychologists, or attorneys for the defendant
at state expense.
