Text
(1)When a corporation is
charged with the commission of an offense, the court shall issue a summons setting
forth the nature of the offense and commanding the corporation to appear before
the court at a certain time and place.
(2)The summons for the appearance of a corporation may be served by a
peace officer in the manner provided for service of summons upon a corporation in
a civil action.
