Text
The general assembly hereby finds and
declares that the creation of an offender-based tracking system is necessary in
order to improve the consistency of data shared by the different elements of the
criminal justice system and to allow for the tracking of offenders through the
criminal justice system. The general assembly further finds and declares that the
offender-based tracking system should be operated through the Colorado
integrated criminal justice information system program.
