Text
A Colorado
state higher education security officer employed by a state institution of higher
education pursuant to sections 24-7-101 to 24-7-106, C.R.S., is a peace officer
whose authority shall include the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado
and who may be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.
