§ 16-11-210 — County and juvenile courts
Any county court or juvenile court in
this state may exercise the powers provided for and granted to district courts in
this part 2, and the probation officers provided for in this part 2 shall also serve
such courts in the same capacity as required by this part 2 for district courts.
