Text
When there is reason to
believe that a condition of probation has been violated and the alleged violator is
not in the state or cannot be apprehended in the state, the probation officer shall
report these facts to the court which granted probation, and the court may
forthwith order the issuance of a warrant for the arrest and return of the
probationer.
