§ 12-315-310 — Confidentiality and privacy
Colorado·Title 12 Professions·Art. Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Veterinary Professional Associates
A licensed veterinarian shall
ensure that a client's privacy and confidentiality are protected when the
veterinarian is providing veterinary services using telehealth pursuant to the
veterinarian's professional and legal obligations.
