§ 12-305-110 — Scope of article - exclusions - rules

Colorado·Title 12 Professions·Art. Speech-language Pathologists
(1)This article 305 does not prevent or restrict the practice, services, or activities of:
(a)A school speech-language pathologist or an authorized school speech-language pathology assistant whose compensation for speech-language pathology services is paid solely by an administrative unit or state-operated program;
(b)A person licensed or otherwise regulated in this state by any other law from engaging in his or her profession or occupation as defined in the law under which the person is regulated;
(c)A person pursuing a course of study leading to a degree in speech-language pathology at an educational institution with an accredited speech-language pathology program if that person is designated by a title that clearly indicates the person's status as a student and if the person
