Text
The general assembly hereby finds,
determines, and declares that the practice of respiratory therapy in the state of
Colorado affects the public health, safety, and welfare of its citizens and must be
subject to regulation and control to protect the public from the unqualified practice

further recognizes the practice of respiratory therapy to be a dynamic and changing
