Text

(1)The practice as a psychiatric technician by any person who has not been issued a license under the provisions of this article 295, or whose license has been suspended or revoked, or has expired, is hereby declared to be inimical to the general public welfare and to constitute a public nuisance.
(2)Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice as a psychiatric technician without an active license issued under this article 295 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).
