Text
(1)Every applicant for license by
examination shall submit written evidence, verified by oath, and satisfactory to the
board that the applicant:
(a)Has not committed an act that would be grounds for disciplinary action
against a licensee under this article 295;
(b)Has completed a four-year high school course or the equivalent thereof;
and
(c)Has completed and received a diploma from the required approved
psychiatric technician education program.
