Text
(1)The licensing and regulation of psychiatric technicians shall be under the
control of the board.
(2)This article 295 is repealed, effective September 1, 2034. Before the
repeal, the licensure and regulation functions of the board are scheduled for review
in accordance with section 24-34-104.
