Text
The board is authorized to issue a
duplicate license to any person to whom a license to practice podiatry in this state
has been issued, upon application, properly verified by oath, establishing to the
satisfaction of the board that the original license has been lost or destroyed and
upon payment to the board of a fee to be determined by rule adopted by the board.
No person shall be entitled to a duplicate license unless the person is a licensee in
good standing.
