Text
Notwithstanding section 12-285-128, the
board may assess a fine for a violation of this article 285 or any rule adopted under
this article 285. The fine shall not be greater than one thousand dollars. All fines
shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions of section 24-4-105, but shall
not be considered a substitute or waiver of the criminal penalties.
