Text
(1)A person who engages in the wholesale
distribution of prescription drugs in violation of this part 3 is subject to a penalty of
up to fifty thousand dollars.
(2)A person who knowingly engages in the wholesale distribution of
prescription drugs in violation of this part 3 is subject to a penalty of up to five
hundred thousand dollars.
