§ 12-280-130 — Unauthorized practice - penalties

Colorado·Title 12 Professions·Art. Pharmacists, Pharmacy Businesses,
(1)Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice pharmacy without an active license issued under this article 280 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407
(1)(a).
(2)Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice as a pharmacy technician without an active certification issued under this article 280 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).
