(1)Nothing in this article 270
authorizes an occupational therapist to engage in the practice of medicine, as
defined in section 12-240-107; optometry, as described in article 275 of this title 12;
or any other form of healing except as authorized by this article 270.
(2)Nothing in this section prevents an occupational therapist from making
an occupational therapy diagnosis within the occupational therapist's scope of
practice.
