(1)Any
license issued by the board pursuant to this article 265 is subject to the renewal,
expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2). Any person whose license has expired shall be subject to the
penalties provided in this article 265 or section 12-20-202 (1).
(2)Only an individual who has qualified as a licensed nursing home
administrator under the provisions of this article 265 and who holds a valid current
license pursuant to the provisions of this section has the privilege of using the title
nursing home administrator and the right and the privilege of using the
abbreviation N.H.A. after the person's name.
(3)The board shall maintain a list of all licensed nursing home
