Text
(1)It is unlawful for any
person to practice as a practical or professional nurse or as a certified midwife
unless licensed to practice that profession.
(2)Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice practical or
professional nursing or as a certified midwife without an active license issued under
this part 1 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).
