Text

(1)In addition to any other powers and duties granted or imposed on the director under this article 250 or articles 20 and 30 of this title 12, the director shall:
(a)Adopt rules pursuant to section 12-20-204;
(b)Establish the form and manner in which applicants are to apply for a new registration or to renew a registration;
(c)Receive, review, and approve or deny applications for registrations and issue and renew registrations under this article 250;
(d)Conduct investigations, hold hearings, take evidence, and pursue disciplinary actions pursuant to sections 12-20-403, 12-20-404, and 12-250-113 with respect to complaints against naturopathic doctors when the director has reasonable cause to believe that a naturopathic doctor is violating this article 250 or rules adopted
