Text

(1)Notwithstanding the exemption in section 12-245-217 (2)(b), an employee of the department of human services or the behavioral health administration in the department of human services, an employee of a county department of human or social services, or personnel under the direct control or supervision of those departments or administration shall not state that the person is engaged in the practice of social work as a social worker or refer to the person's self as a social worker unless the person is licensed pursuant to this part 4 or has completed an earned social work degree, as specified in section 12-245-401 (9).
